That day, journalist Aaron Rupar tweeted the video from the speech, focusing on moments when Trump seemed to stumble, stammering and slurring his words, steadying himself to drink water and walking down the ramp. During the speech, Trump appeared to have trouble steadying his hand to sip from a glass of water and, following his presentation, appeared to walk carefully and with great concentration down down a slight incline (clips below, left and right).
